You acknowledge that you use the system at your own risk. My Cassa System shall not be liable for any compensation, refund, or damages arising from misuse, downtime, errors, bugs, misconfiguration, data loss, or third-party service failures.
You are solely responsible for your data, device security, backups, and correct usage of the system.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time without liability.
