By accessing, installing, or using any part of the My Cassa System (the "System"), you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the System.

1. General Disclaimer

The System is provided "as is" and "as available." My Cassa System makes no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the software or hardware for any specific business purpose.

2. Worldline Partner Terms

My Cassa System is a certified partner of Worldline. By using our integrated payment services, you agree to the following:

Compliance: You must pass all KYC/AML checks for account activation.
Security: Tampering with DX8000 or Move5000 hardware is strictly prohibited.
PCI-DSS: Merchants must maintain full security compliance at all times.

3. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall My Cassa System be held liable for direct or indirect damages, including loss of profits, data corruption, or system downtime.

4. No Compensation Policy

My Cassa System shall not be liable for any compensation, refunds, or damages arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
